We have an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a People and Culture Advisor on a 12 to 14 -month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanency.
Responsibilities
As a People and Culture Advisor, you will be entrusted with managing the HR needs of a dealership portfolio. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, playing a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. Collaborating closely with our management team, you will also provide strategic HR guidance to support our business objectives.
We are looking for someone with
- Experience in investigations and advising on performance management practices, industrial and employee relations matters
- Skills and knowledge to support managers in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to develop rapport and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to interpret awards and strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation
- Have a tertiary qualification in HR or relevant field
