About the Role
We are looking for an energetic People and Culture Coordinator with an enthusiasm to learn or excel in our team on a 12-month contract whilst our current Coordinator takes parental leave. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for their next step or someone who has just graduated looking to hit the ground running!
The People and Culture Coordinator is a supporting position to the People and Culture team, delivering administrative outcomes in accordance with the needs of the team and supporting the specialist functions in delivering positive outcomes for the entire organisation. The role involves learning the application of technical HR skills, bringing a warm and proactive customer service-oriented approach to employee enquiries and will provide the opportunity for exposure and experience in all specialist functions of HR.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position looking to start at the end of May.
About You
This role requires a person who is highly-organised, diligent, with a dedicated and resilient work ethic. Providing vital administrative and basic human resources-based support to the People and Culture team, the successful applicant is vital in enabling the whole P&C function.
Working in a large hospitality business, it is important that you are able to be flexible, understanding and adaptable pace and nature of the workplace and our people.
You will be central to the operations of the P&C team and will be pivotal in assisting your colleagues to deliver their goals. As the “engine room” of the P&C team, you’ll have the chance to build strong connections with employees across the organisation as the face of the team.
