Working alongside the Office Coordinators and reporting into the People & Culture Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building strong internal stakeholder relationships, as well as maintaining an up-to-date understanding of People-related issues/opportunities for improvement across our Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Airport offices.
  • Partner with business leaders and provide People-related advice and support.
  • Provide support to the P&C Senior Manager in relation reporting, analysis and the practical implementation of P&C plans or initiatives.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience working in a professional services organisation as a HR Advisor, preferably within the construction, property, engineering, advisory or consulting industries.
However other professional services backgrounds such as law, finance or other related industries will also be warmly welcomed.
You’ll also need:

  • Experience using various HRIS software, such as Employment Hero, GO1, Culture Amp or other related systems.
  • Adaptability; a curious mind; and the confidence to lead and support challenging people-related conversations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law or Psychology.
