The Role:
The purpose of this hands-on position is to work across all areas of the employment experience, with a particular focus on quality, end-to-end recruitment (from reviewing position descriptions to sourcing and offer) and the maintenance of personnel records and employment-related processes and policies. You will report to and work closely with a leader who is highly collaborative, flexible, experienced, knowledgeable and has a drive to deliver P&C services that make a positive difference. This is a contract role for approximately 5 months.
The P&C Advisor will have responsibility for:
- Recruitment and selection
- Generalist HR Administration
- HR Advice
- Supporting Organisational values
You will have held a similar role as a HR coordinator/advisor/administrator, which involved you being exceptional at stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships and attention to detail. You will be able to discuss your experience supporting the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including providing guidance to stakeholders. You will also have experience in the administration of personnel records, employment contracts and internal staff change processes in addition to acting as a central point of contact for fielding P&C queries. You will ideally have exposure or experience in the healthcare, education or not-for-profit sector or a passion to do so. You will have previous experience working with, implementing or supporting the implementation of a HRIS, ideally Employment Hero, or similar system. The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 triple vaccination and a valid National Police Check.
