Founded in Australia in 2013, our client addresses a universal problem, developing a B2B Saas product focusing on workforce skills & compliance tracking, by connecting workers, employers, and training providers in one central, web-based portal.
They are now looking for their first People & Culture Manager to lead the People & Culture team so the organisation can efficiently deliver business value in line with the company’s strategy.
Reporting directly to the COO, the key responsibilities are to:
- Manage and continuously improve elements across the whole employee lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees regarding policy & compliance but also salary benchmark across several geographies.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with various departments and leadership in developing organisational frameworks and structures with a fast-paced environment.
- Develop performance management processes.
- Lead change initiatives to support the business growth and enhance employee productivity, fostering a high performance and growth mindset culture.
- Living and breathing the company culture, values and vision.
As P&C Manager, you will work closely with the leaders across the organisation to guide on people strategy and drive organisational changes. Your work will support the growth of existing and future employees and enable them to reach their full potential while supporting the organisation to scale globally across several locations (Australia, Philippines, Chile then US, and potentially Colombia).
As the people and culture expert in the business, you will manage a team of 5 with 4 direct reports to start with. Your responsibility will be to implement and align HR strategies with the company’s business goals, and partnering with Executives and Managers to foster a positive and productive work environment while solving complex people problems as the company grows rapidly.
- 7+ years of experience supporting leaders as a HR/People & Culture partner/manager.
- Experience across the end to end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, organisation design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits, and employment relations.
- Proven record in delivering successful and impactful people programs.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Track record of leveraging data and insights to improve programs of work.
- Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way.
- Ideally experience in a tech, product, or high-growth company, operating in a fast-paced industry.
