• Ensuring efficient recruitment processes and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Supporting Service Delivery with employment matters, including performance management and complaints handling.
• Constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation to meet team KPIs.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with awards, NDIS requirements, policies, procedures, and audits.
