What you will do
We are seeking a high performing, experienced People & Recruitment Partner for a permanent, part time (25 hours per week over 3 or 4 days) opportunity to join our amazing People & Culture team at our Corporate Office in Mulgrave. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a critical role supporting the business to achieve organisational goals, improve the overall employee experience, advise on people-related matters and manage end-to-end talent acquisition functions.
- Drive recruitment and candidate management processes including attracting, screening, assessing and onboarding top talent.
- Work collaboratively with leaders on the employee life cycle including contract management, salary benchmarking, Award interpretation, induction planning, compliance, performance management, and talent development.
- Support, advise and coach leadership on strategic business plans, HR policies and legislation, people-related matters, change management and IR queries.
- Implement HR procedures, policies and programs that improve the employee experience, enhance performance and create a positive culture.
- Manage workplace risk and deliver occupational health, safety and wellness initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Relevant HR business partnering, recruitment management, and practice and procedures experience within a diverse FMCG business.
- Knowledge of Employment Legislation, Awards, contract and policy management, compliance, work safe principles and talent development.
- Expertise in Employee Relations and case management including disciplinary processes, investigations and grievance resolution.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, influencing, advisory, coaching and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, reporting, HRIS and recruitment systems is required.
