About the Role:
As Disrupt Digital’s Performance Marketer, you’ll be a key player in our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage the company's inbound leads strategy and drive tangible and impactful results. You’ll oversee the entire sales process — from lead generation to conversion — ensuring that our inbound advertising efforts align with our business objectives and yield measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate brings with them a demonstrated history of social media advertising success complemented by a strong proficiency in Google Ads. They are motivated and ambitious and are brave enough to think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms for the purpose of lead generation for our sales teams.
  • Manage, monitor and optimise ads across Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of our Hubspot marketing workflows, ensuring adherence to industry best practices in lead management and reporting.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social and Google media trends to ensure Disrupt Digital remains at the forefront of their use.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI and Martech tools to assist with creative and ads optimisation.
  • Offer insights and direction aimed at maximising client outcomes to enhance our overall social media services.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs on achieving their stated objectives, including the impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns and BAU content’s overall performance.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • 5+ years experience in a digital marketing position managing ads across Meta, Tiktok, and Google.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling a large marketing budget, improving the performance and profitability of the campaigns.
  • A high degree of knowledge, skill, and experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.
  • You are a social media advertising expert and comfortable providing input to the group's overall social media strategy.
  • Ability to think creatively and commercially with proven experience designing, implementing and reviewing brand strategies and campaigns that deliver desired outcomes within defined budgets.
  • Experience with CMS systems, ideally Hubspot.
  • Experience managing and briefing creative resources.
  • Extensive experience in campaign performance monitoring, optimisation, and presenting data and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Experience driving a marketing strategy for a consumer business or brand.
  • Problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking.
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
