Full Time PA role located in Kogarah
Your new company
A family-run construction company based in Kogarah with on-site parking and a close-knit team culture.
Your new role
PA to Development Director and owner (80% of the time) and working with Construction Director and owner (20% of the time)
Managing boardroom including hospitality in boardroom (when required)
Excellent computer skills, i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint
Site visits occasionally
Work with and on WHS safety folders
Able to navigate through the new NSW Planning Portal (we’ll provide training for this)
Help with development applications and construction certificates
Strong communication skills
Excellent personal presentation is paramount
Able to work in a ‘blokey’ environment
Starting off on a temp basis, this role will then progress to permanent. You will have the ability to make it your own and get a handover with the current PA.
