About your new job
Providing support to the dynamic General Manager, the duties will include but won’t be limited to the following –
•Diary and email management
•Travel bookings, mainly Domestic
•Report creation
•Manage and arrange events
•Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of the General Manager
•Prepare meeting materials such as agendas & printouts when required
•Use discretion in the absence of the General Manager to refer urgent matters to the appropriate Senior Executives
About you
•Previous experience supporting Senior Executive roles such as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer level
•Tech savvy with great time management skills
•Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
•Forward thinking
•Great relationship builder, internal and external stakeholders
•Friendly, adaptable personality and exercises a high level of confidentiality
