Are you an organised and versatile individual ready to take on a dynamic role? We're seeking a Personal Assistant to support our CEO in various administrative tasks such as data entry, basic bookkeeping, and making acquisition phone calls to uncover new business opportunities.
An effective PA has the ability to work diligently and in a timely manner to help maintain smooth office operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. The candidate must be very familiar with technology as this is a paperless company.

With recent strategic partnerships, including collaboration with a fund, ISOA is poised for accelerated growth in 2024, expanding our in-house project portfolio significantly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence;
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently over multiple projects, ensuring the integrity and organisation of our up-to-date records within our monday.com CRM and cloud drive;
- Utilise Xero accounting software to manage financial transactions, invoicing, and bills across multiple projects;
- Proactively make acquisition phone calls to identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Record minutes of meetings and dictations.
Requirements:
- High level of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets;
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive and google maps;
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software or willingness to learn;
- Familiarity with monday.com CRM and/or willingness to learn new programs used by ISOA to manage projects or locate new opportunities;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone;
- Proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive additional’s (but not necessary):
- Previous experience in administrative roles, with proficiency in standard office procedures and software applications;
- Experience with writing SOPP’s;
- Experience with marketing, social media marketing, sales & public relations.
