About the Role
This full-time opportunity for a Legal Personal Assistant provides support to the Workplace Relations & Safety team . In this role you will be working with a close-knit team, collaborating and providing a broad range of legal secretarial and administrative support.
Duties
- Assisting Partners and other staff
- Document management;
- Liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally;
- Opening and closing files;
- Preparation of correspondence
- Monthly billing
- Using court filing systems
- Diary management
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong, professional team player, who is proactive, enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge.
