Responsibilities:
Executive Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage the calendars of the General Manager with global accountability.
- Coordinate extensively with peer Executive Assistants supporting Managing Directors and CEOs globally to schedule meetings and appointments.
Global Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange travel logistics for the General Managers and their team members.
- Coordinate with site Executive Assistants to facilitate access and align agendas when necessary.
End-to-End Purchase Support:
- Provide support and coaching on SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) procurement processes to Perth and global SPS (Strategic Procurement Services) team members.
Expense Management Support:
- Assist in managing expenses for the General Manager using the expense management system.
Workshop and Event Support:
- Identify and select venues for workshops and events.
- Coordinate services and handle payments related to workshops and events.
Email Management:
- Handle email correspondence efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Personal Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
