We are seeking a
Legal Secretary – Personal Injury for a well-known national firm based in Sydney CBD. The firm offers great benefits including flexible working arrangements, career progression, and more. They are ideally looking for a career assistant who is a determined, switched on and team-orientated individual who can hold their own and who is committed to a long-term career. Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients
- File management
- Diary management
- Drafting letters
- Arranging appointments
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Cost recovery
- Preparing and editing documents
- Filing correspondence, client documents, and accounts
- General ad-hoc office administration duties
Ideally, you will come from a background in Personal Injury, you will have 3 + years of experience and will be confident when using software systems. You will have first-class communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
