This is a role where your experience in plaintiff motor vehicle, CTP, WorkCover, PIPA and TPD will come in handy.
This is more than just an Assistant role. You will have quasi paralegal tasks which encourage autonomy and responsibility.
YOU will be liaising with clients.
YOU will be drafting documents and correspondence. (NO DICTAPHONE TYPING IS REQUIRED IN THIS ROLE).
YOU will be preparing briefs and liaising with external parties including barristers.
YOU will organise medical and other appointments.
YOU will have carriage of keeping files in order.
YOU will be working closely with your one author as a team.

Plaintiff personal injury experience is essential for this role. Experience with LawMaster is highly desirable, but not essential.
