How will I help?As the
PMO Director you will report to the Head of Enterprise Transformation Delivery.The Technology Simplification Program (UNITE) will transform Westpac through the delivery of business and technology initiatives which will improve the experience for our customers and simplify the bank.The main role accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to the portfolio management activities as defined by the Group Transformation Framework and acts as the primary point of relationship between the UNITE PMO and the Divisional PMO.
- Overseeing compliance standards and escalate identified issues to the Enterprise Transformation Leadership team and management committees, as appropriate
- Overseeing risks, issues and dependencies from a quality perspective
- Accountability for reporting on the project health across the UNITE portfolio and raising items requiring management action or attention
- Preparing papers for relevant governance forums including the monthly investment committee and supporting the coordination and preparation of Board paper development
- Overseeing the resource management process including maintaining the UNITE team structure
- Overseeing SoW/ Invoice management process (with support of finance)
- Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of UNITE resources including maintaining the Mobilisation pack and communicating with stakeholders as required
- Managing the Investment Approval Process.
