Unlike self-paced online platforms, the Polaris point of difference is in human mentors to inspire, motivate and guide business intenders and owners together with interactive in-person workshops.More Info: www.polariscentre.com.au/about/our-approachThe role:The Polaris Admin Support Assistant (Administration Officer) role will support seamless office operations, build efficient administrative processes and assist in the creation of organised systems. The role will support the Polaris Team to prepare for delivering our services and programs including business consultations, workshops, networking events and expos. The role will have responsibility for the efficient and effective execution of a diversity of admin tasks such as data entry, accounts processing, preparing reports, mail and correspondence, filing, ordering and purchasing, proof reading and editing, printing, answering phones and cheerfully engaging with internal and external enquiries. This will include maintaining the Polaris boardroom; training room and meeting rooms tidy and resources stocked. Duties:Efficiently and effectively undertake a diversity of administration tasksProvide excellent customer serviceMaintain an organised electronic filing systemAssist in the planning and delivery of successful workshops, events & exposSome out of hours workSpecialist Skills & experience:Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skillsProficient in office software, including Microsoft 360Why you want to join this Team!
