Portfolio Management Office - Multiple Roles

We are partnering with our government client to secure them a number of key project resources to sit within their ICT Portfolio Management Office as they undertake a significant transition to redefine their core business systems and processes. Each role will contribute towards providing comprehensive Portfolio Management services to continue to uplift existing portfolio services and project delivery methods and tools.

About the roles:

As part of this scope of work we are seeking Project Support, Project Coordination and Project Portfolio Analyst resources to work collaboratively, with the Portfolio Management Executive Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure a holistic understanding of existing practices and contribute to the planning and design phases of a Portfolio Management and Delivery framework embedding program.

Portfolio Management scope:

• Assist the ICT Portfolio Management and Delivery teams through the establishment of key processes and defining an action / implementation plan / to embed the existing Portfolio Management and project delivery frameworks; and
• Create or update project templates for existing project delivery framework.

Project Support and Coordination scope:

• Provide support and coordination for Project Managers and Portfolio Delivery Manager;
• Provide support to the Project Managers with the delivery of projects, including alignment to project scope, budget and program; and
• Provide support with Portfolio Management related to governance, scheduling, project board minutes and assisting with project reporting mechanisms.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• At the Portfolio level, experience in defining, establishing and implementing governance frameworks, Portfolio Office processes, templates and project delivery plans; and
• At the Project Support and coordination level, experience providing project board secretariat coordination, maintenance of project artefacts in accordance with frameworks.
