Practice Manager

Candidate should have prior experience as Practice manager at either General practice, or Specialist outpatient clinics or Dental clinics

Suitable for persons who wish to work part-time. Flexible working hours

Should be able to work as receptionist, if there is no receptionist, as well as function as Practice Manager at the same time

Chesed Medical is a busy Diabetes clinic with three Endocrinologists and 1 Diabetes Educator. Applicant should be skilled in downloading blood results off the internet for patients as well as their blood sugars readings. 

Applicant should be able to work weekends - approximately 2 - 3 per month on Saturdays

Applicant should be able to manage employees salaries on Xero

Applicant should have good IT skills. Should be able to liaise with patients who have myriad medical conditions wherein they are unable to understand and require strong communication skills from Practice Manager. 

Applicant should be able to use practice software - Shexie. 

Applicant should be able to monitor work of receptionists to ensure they perform their jobs correctly
