Work directly with the Partners and be an integral part of this firms’ continued success.
About the Role
This position is a role which covers all facets of managing the practice with the primary focus to be ensuring the delivery of quality service to clients. Working alongside the Partners, you have the ability to own your role whilst undertaking the following duties:
- Human Resources including management of staff, recruitment, performance reviews.
- Monitoring processes and systems and ensuring efficiencies across the firm.
- Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance across the firm.
- Liaising with external stakeholders.
- Marketing.
- Striving for continual improvement.
- Working with staff to ensure objectives are met.
- Implementing strategies to maximise overall firm performance.
- Working with Partners on future planning.
You will have a proven history working at Practice Manager level in a professional services firm – preferably accounting or financial planning. With a history of undertaking the relevant duties, you will be a team focused professional who thrives in a role working alongside Partners to create a positive, successful working environment.
