AddressWe are a family run small well established General Practice in Central Gold Coast, operating past 5 years with 2.5 FTE GP. Owned by GP who also works there.
We are looking for a Motivated 2IC/Practice manager to take the reins, manage day to day running of Practice and help management in Business Development.
Your main responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Managing the employee lifecycle of non-clinical practice staff.
- Maintaining and controlling debtors.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team to reach the practice goals.
- Implementing changes and improvements to clinical and non-clinical processes if necessary.
- Maintenance of the RACGP standards of general practice.
- Problem solving and managing clinical and non-clinical matters.
- Be first point of contact for admin and doctors.
Suitable candidate
- Essential to have fun at work place.
- Prior General Practice is essential ( Practice management or Senior Receptionist/2IC)
- Knowledge about Best Practice software/Hot Doc would be desirable.
- Understanding of compliance, legislative requirement of Australian General Practice.
- Ability to cover some reception hours.
- Motivated and pro active.
- Good problem solving and people skills.
We believe right attitude more than skills and knowledge makes a good Team Leader.
We will looking for around 30 hours a week but we are happy to consider full time permanent job for the right candidate.
Clinic Opening Hours
Mon-Thursday 0700-1700 hrs
Fri 0900-1700 hrs
Sat 0900-1300 Hrs.
