THE ROLE
We are looking for detail-oriented Pre Tour-Services Coordinator to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the industry. Our Pre Tour-Services Coordinators are responsible for the preparation of all services to successfully operate our bespoke journeys. Specifics for the role include, but are not limited to:
· Preparation of documentation for our guests.
· Pre tour departure administration.
· Pre tour support to our tour hosts.
· Preparation of gear of our on the road team.
· Assistance in issuance of visas and permits.
· Assistance with the operations of Antarctica flights.
Due to the responsibilities that come with this position, a hybrid model of work applies to this department. As a result, you will be required to work in our head office in Cheltenham a minimum of 3 days a week.
ABOUT YOU
· An understanding of the travel industry and systems is desirable.
· You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
· Excellent attention to detail is a must.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Intermediate Excel and Word skills desirable
· Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
· Enjoy working in a supportive team environment.
· A positive and enthusiastic approach.
