Premium Services Supervisors - The Star Gold Coast

As a Premium Services Supervisor, you will assist the Premium Services leadership team in coordinating our daily operations. With excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming, you will be a confident individual with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience.
A few of your responsibilities:

• Lead the shift to ensure team members are providing a high level of guest experience
• Assist with Training & Development and Recruitment activities
• Responding to any escalated matters to achieve a positive outcome
• Support the teams professional development to maintain high standards of service

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in Gaming or Guest Service environment
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Passion to grow your career at The Star
• In depth knowledge of a 24/7 entertainment/hospitality industry
• Experience building positive working relationships between departments and within the team
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster or permanent overnight shift (10:00pm to 6:30am)
