Principal Management Consultant – Advisory

About the role

As a Senior Management Consultant at Rapid Circle, you will work with a variety of customers on various projects, with a focus on driving adoption of the Microsoft Azure cloud, transforming the organization accordingly and delivering outcomes to a high standard. We require you to contribute to the delivery of engagements that align to the customers business strategy, allowing customers to leverage cloud technology to increase the pace of innovation, while reducing technical debt and complexity and facilitating improvements to organization design or culture.

We expect you to carry out pre-sales’ activities providing piece of mind for current and potential clients and enhance the customer experience through specialized delivery of projects and by sharing your highly developed knowledge of change management, combined with knowledge of the Microsoft solution areas for clients.

The best candidate will demonstrate the following:

• 5+ years Microsoft software consulting experience.
• Proven experience in project/program management in ICT sector.
• Superior understanding of Microsoft software and an appreciation and respect for innovation within the IT industry and Microsoft technology especially,
• Demonstrated experience of organization structure/design and change management.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Clear, professional, and articulate communication tailored within different levels of organisations.
• Maintain high level, strategic relationships.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to show initiative.
• Effective team player with capability to respectfully provide and receive 360 feedback.
• Sensitive to cultural differences and able to work in a intercultural context
• Innate capacity for continuous improvement including through sharing of learnings with team members to develop and advance capability, capacity, credibility of yourself and our organisation
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
• Experience in developing change management and adoption solutions and packages as well as conducting pre sales activities
