Our product range consists of high-quality mobile phone cases, a wide selection of phone screen protection, individually selected repair parts and accessories backed by our exceptionable and friendly customer service. We also offer IOT devices & Smart Tech for the home and workplace!

About the role:

As a Procurement & Logistics Officer at PTC Phone Tech & Comm, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services within our organization. Meticulously managing procurement processes, analysing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll aim to optimize inventory levels, meet customer demands, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional technology solutions. Your efforts will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations, enabling us to maintain our position as an industry leader while meeting the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee procurement processes.
  • Handle domestic orders based on sales analysis.
  • Facilitate special orders as required.
  • Maintain our product line-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team regarding shipment volumes of used phones and scooters.
  • Utilize strong organization, analysis, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or logistics.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software & company systems (POS, MS, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin highly recommended for collaborative work with our China team.
