We are currently seeking a full time Procurement officer who is a team player and can provide a high level of support to our onsite and management teams.
About you:
Ideally, you’ll have experience within the Construction, Plumbing or supply industries.
Your IT literacy should be mid to high level with familiarization with the Office suite. Experience with LightYear, Dropbox and various online portals would be a distinct advantage.
You will enjoy a challenge and thrive on problem-solving and multitasking.
Attention to detail, communication skills and punctuality are key to be successful in this position.
About the role:
The successful applicant will be offered a full-time role, working in a team environment.
Flexible working conditions with hours and location are options that may be considered.
Duties will include:
Procuring materials for multiple sites daily.
Generating Purchase orders.
Monitoring price variances and negotiating supplier agreements.
Invoice approvals.
Stock management and deliveries.
General warehouse management – Tool and asset management
