Anna Thomas is a renowned Australian fashion label specialising in high end, luxury Womenswear.
Whilst we source our components from across the globe, our design, product and production teams are based in our Cremorne Head Office.
The Role:
The role is to co-ordinate the development of our product, from prototype, samples and then finished production, liaising with other members of our team, to ensure that all items meet our critical timeline, but more importantly meet our quality standards.
The role includes;
- Developing product protypes and samples in line with company quality standards.
- Ensuring samples are signed off to meet “in store” production outcomes.
- Supervising the patternmakers, to ensure they are delivering on time
- Ensuring sample packs are sent efficiently and completely.
- Liaison with all other teams to ensure on time production.
- Negotiation with factories on make price.
- Accurate data input.
- Allocating products to factories based on quality outcomes.
- Planning and organising production schedules, including meeting our “critical path”.
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing development budgets and timescales with managers.
- overseeing production processes both locally and overseas

- Experience with AP21 (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of Gerber Patternmaking programs
