You'll be working with Australia's largest retail operations - both online and in-store, along with pushing the innovation boundaries with marketplaces and the subscription and gig economy businesses.About the roleWe seek a Product Manager to lead the Product Roadmap for our Payment Gateway products. The suite of products includes the in-house built gateway that will enable our in-store and online merchants to process transactions via the Wpay Switch and manage the partnership with our alternative gateway partners.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a transferable set of product management skills across the core lenses of the customer, commercial, and technical. They will own the full end-to-end journey of the value provided by the product and need a balanced view to ensure the product is supportable and scalable while rich in functionality.What you'll do:
- Developing product documentation for internal and external use, e.g. feature definition, process maps, context diagrams, sequence diagrams
- Assisting the product team with building and maintaining the backlog, ensuring all requirements, solutions and user stories align with product strategy
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and squad to find the right approach & solution to solve the most valuable and interesting problems
- Translating requirements into high-quality user stories, including personas and acceptance criteria, ensuring the stories can be tested both functionally and non-functionally
- Being able to formulate user stories for integration-based features with technical details
- Providing leadership to squad members in the delivery and execution of sprint goals
- 5+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience
- Demonstrable experience in working within complex software solutions and within an Agile Scrum framework
- Extensive experience in working with Restful API and microservices technologies and Atlassian product suite, JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to create and work with Postman collections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in retail payments, payment orchestration and payment gateways is an added bonus
