Join a well known retailer as their Product Marketing Manager! You will develop and implement 360 marketing strategies of a specific category to ensure alignment with the company brand guidelines and increase market share within Australia & New Zealand.
Ideally, you will be highly analytical, be able to extract data and story tell to the wider business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review global product marketing plans (new launches, key pillars, categories) and formulate the go-to market category strategy & launch calendar for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
- Lead the novelty and promotional forecasting & planning process, including formulating launch forecasts, working directly with Demand Planning and Regional Product Marketing Team and validating with Senior Product Manager to ensure forecasts are aligned to local marketing strategy.
- Work closely with Logistics & Regional teams to monitor, flag and communicate to all key stakeholders the level of supply and potential delays of new products, novelty & basic POSM material (such as samples, gifts & tasters).
- Partner with Visual Merchandising team for POSM panning in alignment with novelty new launch plans.
- Responsible for interval coordination, and closely collaborate & communicate with cross functional teams (marketing, retail, VM, e-business, training, supply & customer service) to ensure best in class execution and drive optimum results for the category.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to monitor & track category sales results, and formulate recommendations for future launches & icon franchise growth.
- Must have experience in Beauty industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
