Production Manager

Dynamic Home Enhancements is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of Outdoor Blinds and Roller Shutters. Due to growth within the company, we're looking for an organised individual to join our Wyong team as a Production Manager.

The role will involve you-

• Coordinating installation between customers and installers
• Drive, motivate and lead our installation teams to achieve the level of service that our customers expect whilst achieving the profitability objectives of the company
• Control of all incoming and outgoing stock
• Control costs, stock usage and profitability
• Organizing additional trades on site when required
• Securing new installers as needs require
• Maintain efficient install timelines and workload for installers

To be suitable for this role you must be able to demonstrate-

• Excellent over the phone skills
• A high level of organisation
• Basic computer understanding
• An eye for detail
• Efficiency and the ability to work unsupervised
• Experience not mandatory but preferred
