Your assignment is: We are looking for a CNC machinist to support the company in its growth.

Your main responsibilities
Our client specializes in the supply of a wide variety of drilling products to the energy and resources industry. With a product line ranging from tubing and casing, perforation, and slotting machines to site work and installation, They also provide logistics capabilities and yard management.
Duties and responsibilities
- Sets daily production priorities for operators.
- Verifies and ensures products are being produced to customer standards
- Supervises mill personnel to maintain productivity, plant cleanliness, and overall mill performance.
- Maintains and improves upon production efficiencies, waste reduction, and process improvements.
- Follows, understands, and trains the team in all areas of policies and procedures, including quality and production SOPs, safety standards, and GMPs.
- Ensures required company records and forms are maintained. Reports any defective materials or questionable conditions to plant management and/or maintenance.
- Promotes company vision and supports plant culture.
- Develop SOPs and PMs for mill processes and equipment.
- Travel, as necessary, to meet with domestic customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and quality focus.
- Management experience, especially supervisory and team-building skills.
- Must have the ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders, particularly direct reports.
- Must have excellent mechanical aptitude and strong math skills.
- I am able to work with hand tools and make operational adjustments to equipment.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, visitors, and team members.
- Understanding of PLCs and pneumatic systems.
