Currently we are seeking a motivated Technical baking leader to join our Erskine Park facility. This is a key leadership role, with the opportunity to make your mark within the business and help transform our facility as we move into a new, more efficient manufacturing process.
Specifically, you will:

• Inspire your team through coaching and strong leadership in order to build a high performing team that drives performance and culture
• Implement standards, programs, and processes to optimise the use of our workforce in order to achieve and exceed safety, quality, production and cost targets
• Lead the GF Continuous Improvement process as you build an ongoing engaged culture of improvement and accountability within the production team
• Implement ‘best practice' initiatives to achieve world class production performance.
• Work closely with other sites to leverage knowledge.
• Build and maintain positive industrial relationships

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Proven manufacturing experience in a leadership capacity
• Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
• Technical qualifications and experience within baking industry
• An ability to work under pressure
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to challenge the status quo
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet agreed deadlines
• Excellent written & verbal skills
• Experience with SAP, planning, scheduling and rostering
