What’s the role?
We’re on the lookout for someone energetic and detail-focused to join our team as a Project Administrator. Your role will be crucial in keeping our operations top-notch by managing project records and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping project records up-to-date, including contracts, invoices, and progress reports. It's all about keeping things organized and easy to find when we need them.
- Staying on top of project timelines and budgets to catch any hiccups early on. You'll be the one keeping an eye on things to make sure we stay on track.
- Making life easier for everyone with project management tools. We're big fans of anything that helps us work smarter, not harder.
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks like filing and event planning. It's all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Keeping our project management database in tip-top shape. You'll be the go-to person for making sure everything is where it should be.
- Work hand in hand with different teams to make project workflows seamless and communication crystal clear.
- Help develop and deliver training programs to make sure everyone's up to speed on project management.
- Pitch in on building quality management systems and finding ways we can keep getting better.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Someone who's not afraid to tackle paperwork and can navigate computer systems with ease.
- A master organizer and communicator who can keep everyone on the same page.
- Excellent communication and people skills are a must-have, as you'll be working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail is key, and we need someone who's committed to delivering top-notch quality and accuracy.
- We're looking for someone proactive and self-motivated, who can take the lead and work independently when needed.
- Previous experience in document control and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Bonus points if you have experience with Workflow Max or something similar, but it's not a deal-breaker if you haven't.
