About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator with a background in the construction and/or engineering industries to join our Adelaide office. Working within our Project Support Team, this position will provide valued project related support across various disciplines and will be responsible for a variety of project related tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Assisting in coordinating project related activities, including data analysis, budget / expenditure, subcontractor claims, supplier invoices and purchase order tracking, client support services and quality assurance.
- Maintaining project documentation, records, and files.
- Collating and preparing accurate invoice requests, managing teams budget / invoice forecasting via company developed excel spreadsheets.
- Assisting in preparing and collating monthly project reports, and meeting minutes.
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring projects progress, internal variations and financial tracking throughout projects.
- Providing high level project related support to the project teams.
- Assisting with the preparation of tender / bid submissions.

You are client focused, self motivated, reliable and trustworthy. You possess:
- Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced MS Office and word processing skills
- The ability to organise and deliver tasks with minimal supervision
- A desire to learn and willingness to change and adapt
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills that are second-to-none
