About the role

Due to consistent growth in Australia and across the world, we are searching for a Project Administrator to join our team based in Stepney, Adelaide. The successful candidate will join a tight knit project team that creates professional door schedules and product quantities from floor plans to support our network of distributors, and high end builders and specifiers. This position will provide support to the Project Manager and an external team of sales professionals located around Australia, and in our global markets.

While previous experience in producing door schedules or working with door furniture and architectural hardware is highly regarded, this position will suit candidates that enjoy building a high level of technical product knowledge with a high level of attention to detail. Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will receive in-depth training to thrive in the role and join an ambitious and growing family owned business at an exciting time. You will be supported by an experienced manager, dedicated customer service team, and established external sales team, and work closely with a supportive distribution network around the country and beyond. 

For the right candidate, there is a possibility of part-time hours. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Produce a bill of materials and professional door schedules for our clients and sales team with a high degree of accuracy. 
• Assist external sales in producing high quality quotes for presentation back to clients. 
• Compile and summarise reports based on project data for management. 
• Assist in the use of tender software to generate concise information and leads for external sales teams. 
• Support remote teams based outside of Australia in reviewing and making recommendations around account applications.
• Ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are aware of key project milestones and assist the Project Manager with forecasting. 

This role would be an ideal fit for you if you have:

• Strong attention to detail and interest in becoming a technical product expert. 
• Experience with NetSuite or similar systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong quality focus while multi-tasking. 
• Team oriented, with the ability to work autonomously. 
• An interest producing reports and analysing data.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
