This maximum term role will be available until July 2025. The Primary responsibility of the Site Administrator is to manage the administrative functions of the project, and to support successful and efficient project delivery in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities include:
Qualifications & experience
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to coordinate and execute all given tasks with a 'can do' attitude
Tasks & responsibilities
- Collate project related records and maintain databases of information to ensure information is readily available
- Manage induction processes for new employees including training and accommodation
- Coordinate meetings and functions
- Ensure office resources are available
- Compile registers, timesheets and other project related information
- Coordinate procurement and cost management duties
- Arrange hire of plant as required
