THE ROLE
As a result of continuous company growth, we are currently seeking a Projects Administrator to join our team based in Canning Vale, on a permanent full-time basis.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Administrative support to the Operations team
- Booking all flights, medicals, accommodation etc
- Preparation of documents and reports
- Document control support
- Coordinating and administering meetings
- Provide a high level of customer service to all clients
- Submission of progress claims
- General administrative support
- Develop, edit and proofread project documentation and templates
- Assisting with Tender submissions
- Other duties as required by the Project Manager
THE PERSON
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project administration or site administration
- Work autonomously and show initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work towards deadlines and demonstrate excellent organisational skills
- High levels of attention to detail
