What You'll Do:

As a Project Administrator with our client, you will oversee the coordination and administration of their temporary building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating delivery, installation, and dismantling projects
• Acting as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintaining comprehensive project files to ensure document completeness
• Scheduling subcontractors and suppliers as required
• Documenting and monitoring project-related expenses
• Generating and submitting necessary HSEQ documentation
• Managing Non-Conformances
• Creating purchase orders
• Invoicing clients for completed work

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Proven experience in a similar Project or Operational Support/Administrative role
• Previous involvement in the Construction, Building, or Engineering industry (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities, enabling confident interaction with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Excel & Sharepoint
