The Role
FHR currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator on the Gold Coast for our client who specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of a large range of industrial high-speed doors.
Benefits:
$30 per hour
Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm
Expectation to go permanent with the company after a 6-month probation ($70-$75k salary range)
Company is currently located in Molendinar however will be relocating to Stapylton in 2025
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for the entire process of managing and coordinating installation projects
Schedule, co-ordinate and book required contractors, hire equipment and transport for all outgoing works
Create purchase orders, contract variations and track job costs
Raise invoices and manage receipt of payments
Maintain, record and store inductions, licences and safe work method statements
Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers by communicating effectively and providing ongoing issue resolutions
Provide admin support by assisting with answering and diverting phone calls, support the service schedulers and complete general office admin tasks
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a project administration or scheduling role
Be able to prioritise, multitask and work autonomously
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with team members and customers
Have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Have full Australian working rights
