Cubic Interiors Western Australia is a market leader in the design and construction of bespoke projects throughout Western Australia. Cubic specialises in tier 1 commercial fit outs and has completed contracts on a number of Perth’s most iconic buildings including Optus Stadium, Ritz Carlton, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and the Woodside Tower fit out.
Cubic are looking to fill a Project Administrator contract position based in our Head Office in the Perth CBD as well as our site offices. The role is split between Projects, Site and General Administration tasks. You will work in a dynamic, fast paced environment across a wide range of responsibilities. As this is a site based role, work will be Monday – Friday with site based hours (6.30am – 3.30pm).
The successful candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle competing priorities to meet deadlines. The ability to work unsupervised and use your initiative with a positive attitude will be invaluable attribute to ensure success in this busy and varied role.
Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Project duties –
Sample submissions
Greenstar and ODS tracking
Operation and Maintenance manuals
RFI register
Permits
Plant and equipment onboarding
Daily labour movement tracking
Various register maintenance for key personnel
Orders and logistics
Skills and experience:
High level of computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Software
Flexibility to support the team and business
Must be adaptable and attend to a wide variety of tasks
Minimum 2 years Administration experience
Previous Construction experience or a keen interest in Construction will be an advantage
Be able to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
