The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organisedProject Administratorto support one or more project teams
This is a full time Fixed Term contract until 31st January, 2025. (With possibility for extension).
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support project teams with: scheduling meetings, process documentation, minute-taking, processing of invoices, liaising with external contractors
- Complete data entry and maintenance of project documentation, databases and project release schedules
- Manage the content upload into relevant CMS or LMS
- Manage webinar setup and support across projects within ESA
- Respond to basic user enquiries via phone and email and escalate enquiries when required
- Support on the distribution of digital newsletters and bulk e-communications
- Support project and content managers as required.
About you
- You are highly organised, pro-active person, with attention to detail, and high-level interpersonal skills
- You ideally have previous experience working in a project support/administration role
- You are a quick learner, with ability to work concurrently across a range of tasks
- You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint and Project.
Desirable
- Previous experience in Umbraco and/or learning management systems (LMS), Moodle or other similar systems
- Previous experience in the use to an intermediate level of Adobe programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and other video and image editing software.
