The Opportunity
- Working closely with Project Manager and Projects Team
- Maintenance of system data
- Task tracking
- Budget and resource management
- Provide a range of administrative support such as: preparation of documents, briefings, reports and preparing draft correspondence
- Organise and take minutes for team meetings
- A positive, open, helpful mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous Project Administrator experience
- High level of customer service
- Present and communicate in a professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Advantageous to have previously worked in Government Sector
