Established to deliver impact outside of South East Water’s regulatory boundaries, Iota seeks to drive change in the water sector and help it respond to challenge, like the impacts of climate change, through game changing digital and circular economy technologies, proven at South East Water.
Iota also manages South East Water Priority Plumbing, a plumbing business that delivers services to South East Water and its customers.
The Administration & Project Officer role provides a rare opportunity to gain experience across all key areas of the business, having ownership of administration relating to key projects, whilst also learning and providing support in broader areas working with experienced stakeholders across the team. Organised, adaptable and collaborative, the Administration & Project Officer will contribute to enhancing our administrative functions and be a point of call to support our contact centre and business systems functions.

Contractor & Bid Support
Finance and Administrative Support
Technology Support
Customer Support
In order to be considered for this role, the following key skills, experience and knowledge will be required:
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, in a team-orientated environment, supporting several internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated, capable of independently managing their workload
- Willingness to learn and an interest in technology/systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure required processes, including legal and regulatory compliance is met
- Knowledge of general technical terminology ideally with proven experience in providing advice in user support (desirable but not required).

This role is remunerated between $79,600 and $83,800 + super with offers made dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
