ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced, practising, Registered Architect to join them on a permanent basis. This full-time role is required to:
- Lead projects from Concept Design through to Construction Phase.
- Track the progress of each project.
- Manage the process and timely delivery of projects and documentation.
- Ensure projects are properly costed at all stages of design development and ensure they are delivered within budget.
- Liaise with clients, councils and consultants.
- Produce drawings for all stages of a project, utilising Revit software.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 people.
ABOUT YOU
- NSW Registered Architect with a Masters of Architecture from an Australian institution.
- Minimum 6 years post-graduate architectural experience including at least 3 years of local Australian based experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Development Application, Construction Certificate and Tender Documentation process.
- Thorough knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and building construction.
- Ability to coordinate a project team, as well as work independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- An eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Revit skills: accurate and efficient documentation is crucial.
