About the Role
The Project and Facilities Assistant will provide support to the Property and Facilities Department in the delivery of minor works and operational projects over the next 2 years. The role will involve liaison with stakeholders and engagement and management of contractors to assist with the planning and execution of delegated projects and activities.
About You
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and assisting the management of Minor Works Projects and an understanding of Project Management principles. This would also include experience with financial matters such as invoicing, quotations and purchase orders etc. Demonstrated experience in contractor management and project administration and an understanding and application of regulatory/statutory and compliance requirements is a plus.

Contract Type: Full-time, 2-year fixed term contract position
Salary Range: Band 2 FTE $72,990 plus 11% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave loading
