Our Project Coordinators play a very important role as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, coordinating the administrative design and documentation aspects of applications submitted by builders.

What you will need to succeed:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to monitor different projects at different stages.
- Ability to work autonomously, but within a small team environment
- High level of attention to detail - applicants with good visual learning skills will thrive.
- Good communication skills with aptitude to build rapport with various stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to read plans is desirable and or experience in the construction industry, but is not essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of our pool projects, including liaising with clients, engineers and drafters to ensure that documentation is accurate and timely.
- Gather information from clients for engineers and drafters so that the scope of project is accurately identified.
- Review and analyse project information and help identify potential areas which require further investigation.
- Set up system fields and maintain the CRM system
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to client requirements
