Project Coordinator

Due to expansion and growth within the company, our client now seeking a dynamic and efficient project coordinator to join the team.

Under the leadership of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator works with internal and external parties to assist with the planning and delivery of the project management initiative.  

The role 
Project Coordination 

• Coordinate and assist in the successful implementation of projects, as assigned Tracking progress, and reporting results
• Provide support throughout project lifecycle
• Assist in data entry and evaluation
• Coordinate with all stakeholders of the project for successful and timely delivery
• Coordinate with onsite sub-contractors for installation tasks on a daily basis and generate repor
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all communications internal to the project assigned to you
• Responsible for executing the internal program communication plan
• Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members
• Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, using the correct tools (Excel, MYOB Job Costing)
• Manage project schedule and budget and ensure project progress from conception to completion
• Documentation of all project requirements and/or objectives are documented
• Assist with ad hoc on-site signage installation requests

  Skills and Qualifications

• Installation in the signage industry or onsite construction industry – hands on experience is an advantage. 
• Strong interpersonal/communication and time management skills
• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, completing assignments in a thorough accurate and timely manner
• Ability to perform required project tasks independently
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• Very good understanding of MS excel and Google Spreadsheets
• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination and administration environment

The successful candidate will be offered a salary in line with the market and experience.
