The position requires a person with natural leadership and organising skills. You'll need to be a natural juggler of tasks - a problem solver who can think on your feet, and the ability to multi-task and respond quickly to staff, client
and owner needs.
This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with the team to meet operational deadlines, optimise standards and efficiency. Experience in a trade related role is highly desirable, together with a desire to positively contribute to the success of a growing business.
The responsibilities of this position include:
● Managing Customer Engagement: Monitoring our inbox and promptly answering phone calls to provide
business and customer support.
● Project Planning: Responsible for the planning and setup of all jobs including site safety and inductions,
documenting job plans and supporting the allocation of labour and materials. Responsible for the creation
and ownership of job handover documents and operation manuals.
● Team Task Allocation: Support & communicate with Project Managers & Site Leads in assigning daily tasks
to our team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.
● Invoicing: Support with the creation, communication and follow-up of all invoicing to ensure timely
payment of all jobs.
● Business Reporting: Tracking and reporting on job performance to ensure cost across labour, materials and
variations is controlled.
● Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and developing a better process
with the owners, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Full-Time Availability, Monday to Friday: Be available to work full-time hours from Monday through Friday,
contributing to our team's consistent performance and commitment to excellence. Hybrid working arrangements
are on offer.
