The Project Coordinator Role: 

The Project Coordinator supports the project management team via the effective management of all administrative tasks within a project framework including scheduling, budget issues and risk identification.

You'll be working on our suite of refurb and fitout projects across our defence, education and commercial portfolio. 

A day at work can include: 

• Generating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation plans and reports, including time frames and budgets
• Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants
• Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. Contracts and terms of agreement)
• Overseeing project procurement management in line with Baseline system standards

To be considered for the role of a Baseline Project Coordinator you will:

• Be currently studying, or recently completed, a Bachelor of Construction Management, or similar undergraduate degree. 
• Hold a Construction General Induction (White Card) 
• Be highly motivated, with a proactive work style and ability to work effectively both independently, and as part of a team
• Have a passion for construction with an eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
• Be enthusiastic to learn new skill sets and open to challenges 
• Possess strong organisational and time management skills
• Be an effective communicator with all levels of staff,  and have the ability to find the  balance between having fun and being proactive
• Be an Australian Citizen so we can arrange for access to Defence Bases
