The role
The Project Coordinator supports the administration of the Engineering and Professional Services Partner (EPSP) long term, collaborative agreement and manages the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support and oversees the delivery of small scale projects with oversight from Managers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate preparation of briefs and contracts for the engagement of consultants for outsourced engineering works, and monitoring their performance to ensure quality outputs
- Support the establishment, mobilise and demobilise project specific delivery teams where necessary utilising permanent, temporary and professional secondments.
- Coordinate the review of Documentation including documentation for inclusion into the prescribed software / project management platform such as SAP, MS sharepoint, eDocs and service management programs
- Ensuring all project records are accurately maintained and recorded in Sunwater’s information management Systems to ensure compliance with company policy, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Provide complete information management for project minutes, correspondence and documentation, including reviews/approvals and distribution of documents
About you
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ in supporting a project team within a bulk water infrastructure or a related field, who has experience in the office suite and experience with project information management systems, and has a a diploma or higher level qualification. You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Well developed written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare written technical reports, memos, presentations, and other communications in a clear and logical manner
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
- Developed technical and risk management skills, with the ability to identify potential asset risks and make recommendations for mitigation strategies.
